We use New Zealand grass-fed beef tendon, specially selected PS grade. Tendon beef is a long piece of meat from the front shoulder blade of the cow. It is characterized by a transparent tender tendon in the middle. After being slow-cooked, it has a "crispy" feeling and is very elastic. 🦷
In terms of taste, since we choose high-grade tendon steak and hope everyone can enjoy its original flavor, the seasoning is more natural and not fancy. Adding freshly ground black peppercorns for seasoning is the best combination🤤
