We use New Zealand grass-fed beef tendon, specially selected PS grade. Tendon beef is a long piece of meat from the front shoulder blade of the cow. It is characterized by a transparent tender tendon in the middle. After being slow-cooked, it has a "crispy" feeling and is very elastic. 🦷

In terms of taste, since we choose high-grade tendon steak and hope everyone can enjoy its original flavor, the seasoning is more natural and not fancy. Adding freshly ground black peppercorns and lightly seasoning is the best combination🤤
